Piece has gold gilt metal ‘Sheaf-of-Wheat’ base, finished with a round glass top. Table is aka the ‘Coco table’. A beautiful, collectable table made famous/iconic because of its relation to fashion designer and businesswoman Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel; Coco Chanel had a similar piece in her Vendôme apartment in the Ritz Hotel, Paris.
