A set of eight English engravings of classical subjects titled: Bacchus Reeling; Apollo & Marsyas; Egyptian Symbols; Cupid Embracing Psyche; Mercury; Diomedes: Cupid curbing a lion.
Except for the Egyptian Symbols, all other engravings are signed “R.Dagley del et sculp”referring to Richard Dagley ( 1761 -1841) the artist who drew them. Dagley was a genre painter and engraver in London and exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy in London between 1785-1833.

At the bottom of each reads Published March 24, 1804 by John Murray 32 Fleet Street London.
Beautifully framed in black glossy modern frame with a faux marble matting.
