Intricate artisan hand carved bone inlay adorns this Anglo Indian Mughal Teak round side table. Mughal was a member of the Muslim dynasty of Mongol origin founded by successors of Tamer Lane, which ruled much of India from the 16th to 19th century. Figurative inlaid elephant legs form a triangular base. This 19th century Rosewood side table was made for the UK market and is a stylish elegant addition to any room of note.
