Antique Red Patterned Afshar Rug 5′ X 6’5”

Thirteen rows of broad tailed peacocks in straw, sand, deep red and medium blue, with flowers between individual birds, run across and up the red field of this tribal SW Persian scatter. Small orange details. Narrow ecru main border with rosettes and umbrella leaves. Very slight end reduction, good pile, wool foundation tribal rug. Good condition.
