Country French farm table of fruitwood, circa 1800. Raised on square, tapered legs. Divided apron drawer with treen pull. Two-board top. Tipped feet, typical of these tables which were on stone floors for centuries. Family provenance: purchased in 1982 at J&J Baker, Lavenham, Sudbury, Suffolk.
