Vintage Design
This rare table lamp was designed by Gunnar Borg and produced by his own ceramic workshop ‘Gunnars Keramik’ in Höganäs, Sweden in the 1960s. The piece is signed on the bottom of the base. The hand-turned stoneware base is made of sandstone and has been glazed. The beautifully painted stoneware is in different shades of brown in an abstract camouflage pattern. The drum shaped shade is in a natural ivory color fabric which offers a nice contrast with the brown shades of the base. The lamp is in very good original condition with a renewed shade. Currently with a 220V European plug.
