Vintage Design
This iconic blossom chandelier Dandelion was designed by Emil Stejnar for Rupert Nikoll in the 1950s. Stejnar was trained as a gold- and silversmith in his hometown Vienna, Austria. He was inspired by nature and science, of which the Dandelion chandelier is a nice example. This chandelier is made of a lot of glass pearls and flowers, fixed on white lacquered metal sticks. The sputnik-like base, stem and ceiling cap are made of brass. This chandelier is in very good vintage condition. It needs 33 light bulbs.
